There is a growing demand for companies to either set up a call centre or to outsource their requirements to specific call centres to handle phone calls both incoming and outgoing from their business. Many people have been employed within call centres and there are many call centre jobs available as this industry expands. Often for large corporations that need to have huge call centres the most economical way to handle this is to outsource the call centre to another country that has cheaper salary needs. This allows the service to be offered to the corporations customers at a cheaper rate. Call centres tend to be large offices with rows of desks each manned by a person taking calls and inputting data onto computer systems.
